Project brief

Complete loft conversion which involved stripping the whole roof, removing all the old timber, cut a new roof in with two new dormers. The interior was then complete with electrics & plumbing, walls skimmed & painted, a new bedroom with en-suite, winder staircase, ample storage solutions and carpet fitted throughout.

This involved removing all previous landscape, adding top soil & levelling ground all around the premises, construction of path from entrance to driveway & front gate, slabbed steps for the front door entrance, decking around the rear garden entrance, and planting trees & hedges.

Full renovation project which included removing old chimney, removing old kitchen & bathrooms, preparing all walls. All walls & ceilings were then prepared & skimmed with new electrics & lighting installed. New lintels fitted across all doorways. Three new bathrooms fitted with new plumbing, tiling, and appliances. New windows throughout the property. New kitchen with new flooring, tiling & appliances installed. New flooring throughout the property.The property also has an open annex which was bricked up and a new flat roof installed. The property was completed with full furnishing in all bedrooms including TV’s, beds, wardrobes & drawers as requested by the client so that the property was handed back ready for rental purpose.

Complete refurbishment project which involved stripping all existing wallpaper, removing old bathroom, kitchen, & carpets. Then all walls were skimmed and painted, new skirting and architrave, new doors. New carpets fitted throughout the house, new central heating system, new bathroom appliances fitted, new kitchen fitted along with floor tiling. Being an older property, it had an external toilet, which we converted to make it accessible internally from the house.
